And the Winner is . . .

Freddie Rodriguez!!! Congratulations to Freddie! He put in a lot of hard work and commitment to this challenge. He did this challenge knowing full well that it would take him out of his comfort zone, but he kept on charging. Everyday was a new challenge for him and he never backed down. He never missed a day. He most definitely deserved to win!

From Vicky and me: Not only do you deserve it, you earned it! Great Work Freddie and Congratulations on your win!

  1. Hey, guys. THANKS SO MUCH. Means a lot especially since of all the Challengers, we spent the most time together. Highlights were the Mt. Bonnell trek and Jason's Extra unofficial two-a-day with the both of you. Vicky, that time we jogged and talked was a first. I hadn't yet chit chatted with someone in my nacent jogging career. Got to know each other better and that was nice. Your calm, go-with-the-flow-ness is refreshing. Roman, I wasn't that sports kid growing up, so I didn't feel much like those guys nor felt like I related to them. But, having another guy in the challenge and being "workout buddies" helped me get through. As a fellow challenger you were motivitational and encouraging, so I can only imagine how you might be as a trainer with your own clients. Another highlight -- staying after workouts and talking like those days long past of after class conversation in middle school or high school. Cheers!
